French Chef Gael Majchrzak has over 15 years of experience in the culinary world at Michelin-star restaurants. His latest brand N-U, supplies macarons across Hong Kong to renowned 5-star hotels.
Divine was involved with the project from the beginning, from naming to fully realising the brand identity through the logo and brand guidelines.
The name N-U originates from the shape of a macaron, the « n » and « u » representing the shells whilst the « – » reflects the filling.
Using neon colours and hyper-contemporary design, N-U separates itself from traditional macaron brands. Honouring Gael’s sentiment to « expect the unexpected ».
